01 Definitions
In this agreement, “account” means the personal player profile registered with Emas444. “Platform” means the Emas444 website, sportsbook, live casino, games, payment interface, promotions, and related services. “Player”, “you”, and “your” mean the individual using the platform. “We”, “us”, and “our” mean Emas444.
“Wager” means any stake placed on a sports market, casino game, live dealer table, or other permitted event. “Bonus” includes promotional credit, free bets, cashback, rebates, referral rewards, birthday rewards, and VIP benefits. “MYR” and “RM” mean Malaysian Ringgit.
02 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to register with or use Emas444. You must also possess the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and must not be prohibited from gambling under any law applicable to you. Emas444 may request proof of age, identity, residential address, payment ownership, or source of funds at any time.
- You may hold only one Emas444 account unless written approval is provided.
- Your registration details must be accurate, complete, and kept current.
- You must register and transact in your own name.
- You may not open an account for another person or permit another person to use yours.
- Employees, contractors, and service providers may be restricted from selected Emas444 markets.
Duplicate, underage, fraudulent, or misleading accounts may be suspended or closed. Emas444 may void affected bonuses and wagers where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable contractual and regulatory obligations.
03 Identity Checks and Account Security
Emas444 applies know-your-customer and anti-money laundering controls. Verification may include reviewing an identification document, proof of address, payment evidence, and other information reasonably required to establish account ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed while a genuine verification review is completed.
You are responsible for protecting your username, password, authentication codes, and registered device. Do not share these credentials. Notify Emas444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may temporarily restrict an account while investigating unusual login, betting, or payment activity.
04 Deposits and Payment Methods
Emas444 may accept MYR deposits through channels such as DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Available methods, minimum amounts, processing times, and account limits may vary according to operational risk, provider availability, and verification status.
A payment method must belong to the verified Emas444 account holder. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned. You must not use Emas444 as a money-transfer service, digital wallet, or method of concealing the source or destination of funds. Deposits should be made for genuine recreational betting activity.
Banks and payment providers may apply their own fees or transaction limits. Emas444 is not responsible for separate charges imposed by a provider, although any fee charged directly by Emas444 will be disclosed before confirmation.
05 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to an approved method held in the player's name. Before payment, Emas444 may require completed identity checks, confirmation of payment ownership, and review of wagering activity. Advertised processing times are estimates rather than guarantees because bank maintenance, FPX interruptions, security reviews, or incorrect player details may cause delays.
The withdrawable balance excludes unsettled wagers, restricted bonus funds, and amounts under active review. Emas444 may apply reasonable minimum or maximum withdrawal limits and may divide a large approved payment into instalments where payment-provider limits require it.
06 Sports Betting Rules
A sports wager is accepted only when it appears as confirmed in the Emas444 account history. Prices and markets may change before acceptance. This is particularly relevant to live football, EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events, and Mix Parlay selections where odds can move quickly.
- Wagers cannot normally be cancelled after confirmation.
- Results are settled using the official result published by the relevant governing body or a reliable data supplier.
- Subsequent disciplinary decisions will not normally alter an already settled market.
- Obvious pricing, market, or settlement errors may be corrected using the fair market price or by voiding the affected wager.
- Postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled events will be handled according to the market-specific rules shown by Emas444.
Players must review the market description before placing a wager. Handicap lines, totals, player props, and settlement periods can differ between competitions.
07 Casino and Live Dealer Games
Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, independently tested random number generator, or physical live dealer procedure. The result recorded by the Emas444 game server or authorised provider is final unless a confirmed technical fault affected the round.
If a connection drops after a casino wager has been accepted, the game may continue on the server and the result will be recorded in your history. Return-to-player percentages are statistical averages calculated over many rounds and do not guarantee a result during any individual Emas444 session.
08 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Rewards
Every Emas444 promotion may carry specific eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering, game contribution, maximum conversion, expiry, and withdrawal conditions. Promotion-specific rules supplement these Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict occurs, the specific promotion rule applies to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, household, device, payment method, or shared network. Emas444 may withhold a bonus where coordinated play, multiple accounts, manipulated referrals, low-risk wagering, or another form of promotion abuse is reasonably identified.
VIP status, cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards are discretionary programme benefits. Emas444 may revise or withdraw a programme on reasonable notice, but changes will not be used to remove a cash balance that has already become legitimately withdrawable.
09 Prohibited Conduct
You must use Emas444 lawfully and in good faith. The following activities are prohibited:
- Fraud, identity misuse, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or use of stolen funds.
- Collusion, syndicate manipulation, matched betting intended to abuse promotions, or sharing inside information.
- Use of automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or software that interferes with Emas444 operations.
- Exploitation of an obvious error after becoming aware, or when you reasonably should have become aware, of that error.
- Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or dishonest communication with support staff or other users.
- Attempting to bypass account limits, self-exclusion, location controls, or security measures.
Emas444 may investigate suspicious activity and may restrict affected funds while completing a proportionate review. Confirmed misconduct may result in wager cancellation, bonus removal, account closure, or reporting where legally required.
10 Responsible Gambling
Emas444 provides entertainment services for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be treated as income or a solution to financial difficulty. Players should set a budget, take regular breaks, avoid chasing losses, and never wager money needed for rent, food, education, debt payments, or family commitments.
Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session controls, and self-exclusion may be requested through Emas444 support. A self-excluded player must not attempt to open a replacement account. Further guidance is available on the Responsible Gambling page.
11 Suspension and Account Closure
You may request closure of your Emas444 account at any time, subject to settlement of pending wagers and lawful verification requirements. Emas444 may suspend or close an account for a material breach, security concern, regulatory obligation, suspected unlawful conduct, or risk to platform integrity.
Where appropriate, Emas444 will provide a reason for a restriction and allow the player to supply relevant information. A legitimate cash balance will remain payable after applicable deductions and checks unless withholding is required by law or supported by evidence of fraud.
12 Service Availability and Liability
Emas444 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, payment interruptions, provider outages, or events beyond reasonable control may affect the platform. Emas444 will take reasonable steps to restore service and protect confirmed account records.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emas444 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or deliberate misconduct.
13 Privacy and Communications
Emas444 processes account, identity, device, payment, and betting information for service delivery, verification, security, responsible gambling, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. Detailed information about data handling and player rights appears in the Privacy Policy.
Operational messages concerning account security, payments, verification, or changes to these terms may be sent to the registered contact details. Promotional preferences may be managed separately, but essential service communications cannot be disabled while an Emas444 account remains active.
14 Changes to These Terms
Emas444 may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, payment channels, security controls, market rules, technology, or legal obligations. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details where practical.
Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a material change, you should stop using Emas444 and request account closure after settling any open wagers.
15 Complaints and Contact
A player who believes a wager, withdrawal, bonus, or account decision was handled incorrectly should contact Emas444 support and provide the account username, transaction reference, relevant date, and a clear description of the issue. Do not include passwords or one-time authentication codes.

16 General Provisions
If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. A failure by Emas444 to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right. You may not transfer your account or rights under this agreement without written approval.
